Solgar Alpha Lipoic Acid is fat soluble, enabling it to function in both the membrane and aqueous parts of cells. Alpha Lipoic Acid supports the regeneration of glutathione, one of the body's primary antioxidants, and helps to recycle glutathione, Vitamins C and E, and Coenzyme Q10.
Solgar Alpha Lipoic Acid can be taken with your favourite Solgar multiple or antioxidant formula, such as VM-75, VM-2000, Earth Source Multi-Nutrient, Omnium and/or Advanced Antioxidant Formula.
SUGGESTED USE:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
