5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in sending messages through the nervous system and supports your brain's production of serotonin. This formula also includes B vitamins to promote nervous system health and the herb, Valerian.

SUGGESTED USE:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily with juice or water, in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
