Solgar's Phosphatidylserine 200 mg Softgels are derived from pure, natural sources and belong to a class of fat-soluble compounds called phospholipids, which are essential compounds of cell membranes. High concentrations of phospholipids are found in the brain, the most abundant of which is phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine levels in the brain can decline with age. There are many benefits derived from maintaining good levels of Phosphatidylserine from age-related decline in mental function, improving thinking skills, enhancing mood, and other benefits.
